Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of Equint LLC OGRN 1055248035556, TIN 5262135597 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

  1. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
  2. This Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about website visitors. https://equint.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Operator's Websites).
  3. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. 3. Conditions and purposes of Processing personal data of Users

4. Legal grounds for personal data processing

  1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled out and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the operator's Websites. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.

5. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

  1. The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
  2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
  3. When processing personal data, Equint LLC undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data that has become known to it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.;
  4. Take the necessary measures to protect personal data in accordance with Articles 18.1 and 19 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.06. At the request of the Licensee, provide documents and other information confirming the adoption of measures and compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.06.;
  5. Comply with the requirements for the localization of personal data on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  6. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address. info@equint.ru marked "Updating personal data".
  7. Users' personal data is stored for the entire duration of the User's account (if any), or for 3 (Three) years, depending on which date comes later.; - during the term of the agreement (if any) and for 3 (Three) years after the termination of the agreement; - during the term of the consent to the dissemination of Personal Data.

6. Cross-border transfer of personal data

  1. Prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must ensure that the foreign State into whose territory the transfer of personal data is to be carried out ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
  2. The cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if the personal data subject agrees in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
