Description
- The manipulator consists of 2 (two) independent rotary devices (tilting mechanisms) that rotate a chain with a fixed polyester textile tape with an additional coating for heavy-duty use. The belts are rotated by built-in gear motors with frequency control of the rotation speed. The belts encircle the frame and are locked into a ring with special quick-release locks, and are set in motion by rotating the sprockets on the gear motor, while the car frame also begins to rotate.
- The rotary devices are suspended directly from two electric lifts connected by a length-adjustable coupling. The coupling of the electric hoists allows you to adjust the position of the rotary devices with the belts relative to the length of the frame. The clutch extension drive is electric.
- The rotary devices are equipped with position sensors (in height) and frequency converters, which allows each tilting mechanism to be adjusted to its height, ensuring optimal belt tension and horizontal position of the frame, as well as uniform rotation of the frame, provided there is a difference in the size of the clasped places on the frame.
- All manipulator mechanisms are controlled using a remote control, which allows the operator to control the process remotely.
