APPLICATION AREAS
The robotic cell for palletizing is designed for laying corrugated boxes with finished products from a conveyor (or other feeding device) onto a euro pallet. The robotic cell can be used in industries such as:
• food industry;
• manufacture of automotive components;
• production of household chemicals;
• production of building materials and etc.
CELL COMPOSITION
1. FANUC robot control cabinet, which includes a step-down transformer 380/230 VAC 3F. - 1 pc.
2. Cabinet with a control system for the complex based on a SIEMENS PLC, as well as an OMRON controller responsible for the safe operation of the
installation. All electrical equipment is located inside the cabinet. An operator panel visualizing the technological process of palletizing boxes is displayed
on the front surface of the cabinet door. 1pc.
3. FANUC M-710iC/50 Robot - 1 pc.
