APPLICATION AREAS
Automated test benches are used for testing various automotive components and assemblies, such as gearshift boxes (manual and automatic), transfer cases, gearboxes, axles, etc.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE STANDS
- Checking of components and assemblies for tightness.
- Automatic filling of a given dose of oil into the test sample.
- Testing of components and assemblies under load in various modes of operation, imitating the working conditions as part of a vehicle (including the movement of the car "in tension" and "in roll").
- Switching (by means of electric drives) of all manual transmission transmissions or automatic transmission control via the ECU unit in a sequential (in accordance with the Test Algorithm) or selective order.
- Measurement of the rotational speed of the input and output shafts, the moments of the input and output shafts, the forces on the gearshift levers, the gearshift time.
- Measurement of efficiency.
- Measurement of noise and vibrations of test units and aggregates. Identification of inconsistencies in the tested units according to parameters such as vibration level, sound pressure level, gearshift force and time, extraneous noise, grinding, howling, whistling, bearing noise, etc. Determination of which gear or bearing these inconsistencies occur. Making a final conclusion on the quality (suitability) of the tested units.
EXAMPLE OF A STAND

THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE STAND
- Executive systems and mechanisms. They consist of a closed housing, electric machines (drive and load), docking systems, sensors for measuring the speed of the input and output shafts, torque sensors on the input and output shafts, temperature sensors.
- Transport system. For moving pallets with aggregates. Performs automatic feeding of the tested unit to the test stand, return and delivery of the unit after testing.
- Control cabinet, power cabinet. It is a complex of interconnected electrical cabinets containing elements of protection, switching and control of electric motors of the stand, as well as power distribution systems between the main consumers of the stand.
- The control panel on the lever system.
- Specialized pallets for basing and connecting test units to the stand.
- Vibroacoustic analysis system.
- Operator's workplace (server) with the special software and hardware "Equimetric".
