Automated refueling stand (multifilling) are used for simultaneous refueling of all necessary liquids of cars in conditions of conveyor assembly at the manufacturer.
THE COMPOSITION OF THE FILLING STATION
CONTROL CABINET
1. Control cabinet 1, which implements a PLC-based stand control system. All electrical equipment is located inside the cabinet. An operator panel is displayed on the front surface of the cabinet door, visualizing the technological process of refueling the car.
2. Hardware cabinet 2, designed for refueling the brake system and clutch drive.
3. Hardware cabinet 3, designed for refueling the power steering and power brakes.
4. Hardware cabinet 4, designed for refueling the engine cooling system.
The design of the hardware cabinets includes the possibility of taking working fluids from standard 200 l barrels with the control of their emptying. Each hardware cabinet has two types of adapters to overlap all the car series available at the enterprise.
5. Tool rack with adapters 5. Hose lines suspended on cable balancers. The adapter beds are equipped with drip collectors. Also, a barcode scanner 6 is installed on the instrument rack to automatically set the necessary refueling parameters, and a printer 7 is installed to print receipts. Receipts contain information about the results of refueling.
Refueling adapters
Refueling adapters consist of a handle with a control panel, a housing with built-in valves and a mechanized clamping device with a pneumatic drive for a sealed connection to the neck of the expansion tank or with an adapter for the neck.
The buttons and indicator lights located on the control cabinet are duplicated on the adapter panel for the convenience of the operator's control of the refueling process.
• Button without backlight (green) – "START CYCLE". Initiates the automatic refueling process;
• Button without backlight (red) – "STOP CYCLE". Confirms the refueling completion process. When pressed and held for more than 3 seconds – interrupts the automatic refueling process.
